I drove my cousin from Houston to San Antonio over the weekend so he could purchase a truck from Rusel Felts Motor Company (RFMC). Joey, the GM, helped us and he was amazing. From the beginning, the experience was different. It was basically the opposite of what we all know at car dealerships, you know, the one we avoid at all costs. Joey and RFMC did not fit the stereotype. After browsing the lot, I found a great car and traded my wife's car in on the spot. No, I did not plan to buy anything. I was there to hang out with my cousin over the weekend and that's it. The process was easy and straightforward with none of the crazy games dealerships typically play. Joey offered a more than fair deal on my trade-in and the price I paid for the new car was great! Look, I'm in my mid 40's and I've purchased a number of cars over the years. I live over 4 hours away from RFMC but I can guarantee I'll be back to buy more cars from Joey and his team. Joey and Rob were absolutely awesome to work with. Car was out front as promised, showed her other cars to compare, very genuine. Explained everything to our first time car buyer daughter. No pushy let me go talk to my manager nonsense. Vehicles were clean, shop was clean. Was very very impressed with their operation, their patience to let her choose between 2 cars and getting out the door in 25 minutes with the keys once she decided. Let them know what you are looking for and go see them!
